Bond’s street smart sensibility and hustle mentality sometimes betrays her tenderness, but over the course of the season, she evolves into a confidant for her cohort. Always uncertain of how much of herself to reveal, Bond has aspirations of becoming an open book especially with her on-again/off-again boy toy, Justice. Her epitaph, Bond is not only a name but a call to arms; it is one of fragility and defensiveness. Bond, in the end, finds solace in her own body and engenders empathy in her friends. Her sordid past may surface at some points as an antagonist. Yet her tenacity will land her several styling gigs that she hopes will lend her an escape route from the city.
